Is there a maximum size for the groups?
Yes the size of the groups are restricted to just 18 travellers to ensure the experience is exclusive and intimate.
Is there a minimum number of people required for these group tours?
Yes each tour needs a minimum of 8 people to run. Once this number is reached we will confirm the tour as 'guaranteed' and at which point you can book your flights.
How much is the deposit?
Our European tours require a non-refundable deposit of £200 and our South American tours require a non-refundable deposit of £300.
Is my deposit and balance payment financially protected?
Yes we are fully compliant with the Package Travel Regulations through our ABTOT membership (5562) and ATOL membership (12899). ABTOT covers our travel packages that do not include flights and our flight-inclusive packages are covered by ATOL. Through these memberships we will provide a refund or repatriation in the unlikely event of our insolvency.
How do I claim my WSC discount?
WSC subscribers and Supporters' Club members are entitled to an exclusive discount;
£75 discount on each booking . At the checkout you need to enter the code WSCSUB75. A discount of £75 will then be applied against the value of your booking.
£100 discount on South American tours. At the checkout you need to enter the code WSCSUB100. A discount of £100 will then be applied against the value of your booking.

If I want to arrive earlier or stay longer than the duration of the tour can you arrange additional nights at the hotel?
Yes many people who join our tours like to make the most of their time in the city we are visiting and have some extra leisure time or simply just want to arrive in good time to settle in before the tour starts. We can arrange for additional nights at the hotel for you so you can stay in the same hotel room for the entire visit.
